1. Who you are contracting with
TuranForward (the "Service") is operated by Tahsin Azad Turan, a sole proprietor based in Bangladesh, trading as "TuranForward" (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", "User") agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
TuranForward provides AI-powered tools that break personal goals into smaller tasks, verify proof photos, and gamify progress. The Service is provided "as is" and we may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Billing — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Plans — Pro and Coach are offered on monthly or yearly billing cycles. Prices are shown on the pricing page in your local currency where supported.
- Trial — new accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial. No card is charged during the trial unless you start a paid subscription.
- Renewals — paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Cancellation — you can cancel at any time from the customer portal accessible via paddle.net or from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Taxes — applicable VAT, GST, or sales taxes are collected by Paddle and shown at checkout.
- Payment terms and refunds are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the goals, descriptions, and proof photos you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and process this content solely to operate the Service — including sending images to our AI provider for verification.
6. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow others to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
- Upload illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
- Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the Service's security.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
- Game, automate, or otherwise abuse AI verification, XP, streaks, or the leaderboard.
7. AI features and accuracy
Task verification and goal breakdowns use AI models that can make mistakes. Outputs are best-effort and are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, and ensuring you have rights to any content you submit. We may filter, refuse, or moderate outputs and content.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by the Seller and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Seller against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email and take effect on the date stated.
