Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with TuranForward. If you're not satisfied with a paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or your most recent renewal.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, please:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with.
  2. Use the "Request a refund" option on the order, or contact Paddle support.
  3. You can also email us via the contact address on the home page and we'll help you start the process.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Trial period

New accounts get a 7-day Pro trial. You are not charged during the trial — simply cancel before it ends and no payment is taken.

Cancellations after the refund window

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your profile or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the current billing period. Renewals outside the 14-day window are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Abuse

We may decline a refund if we detect fraud, abuse of the refund policy (such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles), or breach of our Terms of Service.
